We are now recruiting a Visual Merchandiser to join the Retail team at our Head Office in Stockholm.

Founded in 1993 by Filippa Knutsson, Karin Hellners and Patrik Kihlborg, the heritage label played an instrumental role in pioneering the now-iconic look of effortless Scandinavian minimalism. Today, Filippa K has become a household name with an international presence – offering a complete wardrobe of womenswear and menswear staples that are designed to last. In 2024, the brand began an exciting new chapter with the appointment of Anna Teurnell as Creative Lead. With stores in key European cities such as Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Berlin, an ecommerce presence in over 70 markets, and employees across Europe, Filippa K continues its journey of global expansion guided by a mission of mindful consumption.
As a Visual Merchandiser:
You are responsible for securing a first-class visual experience based on the Filippa K brand strategy, creative guidelines, assortment, and overall strategy. The work includes developing processes as well as producing and implementing store guidelines accordingly. You are also responsible for developing the store window communication as well as the seasonal plan for in store marketing needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing the Filippa K VM concept based on our brand book and creative guidelines, assortment, and overall strategy.
- Secure a first-class product display in all our physical stores worldwide. Continuous updates within running seasons based on sales and performance in close dialogue with Merchandiser and Retail-responsible.
- Making and maintaining the general VM-structures and guidelines in all stores, produce seasonal guidelines and educate staff to understand and assist in practice.
- Securing the marketing production needs for Retail in practice, meaning project manage the entire process from idea to delivery.
- Developing the Filippa K window concepts in dialogue with Marketing and develop a seasonal plan for in store marketing and signs, within the marketing budget.
- Developing processes and producing campaign guidelines to the stores as well as securing the physical implementation by educating the store personnel.
- Responsible for office and sales conferences visual guidelines.
The experience you’ll bring to the role is:
- +3 years of documented experience of developing VM processes internally or externally.
- VM expertise within specifically the retail Fashion industry.
- Preferably a degree within marketing, design, or communications.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Creative and driven with a genuine interest and understanding of the fashion industry.
- Well organized and highly productive with a good understanding of the Filippa K aesthetic.
- A problem-solver and has the ability to adapt to new and sometimes undefined conditions.
- Structured, flexible, independent and likes taking responsibility.
- Highly proactive and has a positive working approach.
- Sales oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
The role will be located in Stockholm. You will report to Retail Manager. The position is a full-time position with start as soon as possible. Welcome to apply before 31st of January 2025.
