PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR TO FILIPPA K HQ, STOCKHOLM
We are now looking for a Product Development Coordinator to join the Product Development team at our Head Office in Stockholm (maternity leave cover).

As a Product Development Coordinator you will:
Run the coordination of product development on a daily basis in close cooperation internally with the senior product developers. Ensure all steps of product development process is being followed, communicated, and understood by all parties involved within the time frame. The role also includes responsibility of all label & hangtag purchases, forecasting volumes and placing orders including all communication with our label supplier.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responsible for assisting the senior product developers in all daily tasks. Including, but not limited to, taking notes on the fittings, comments on protos and sms, button labdips and trims orders for sms.
- Fabric labdips for sms, together with Fabric Team.
- Follow-up & assist in sample handling for prototypes, SMS, CS, PPS and Shipment.
- PLM updates & data entering continuously after changes, both BOM, prices & other updates.
- Responsible for stock forecast of all labels & hangtags needed for production.
- Order placement hangtags & labels and instruct suppliers regarding placement & usage.
- Collaboration with marketing department regarding art works for labels/hangtags & new requirements.
- Assist senior product developer with SMS order placement & delivery follow up.
- Preparation of information ahead of meetings.
- Follow up on quality tests.
- Build relationships with suppliers to get the best possible co-operation.
- Business travel according to need and budget.
Required experience:
- Degree in textile
- High collaboration skills
- High drive to assist the team and help out where needed
- Strong sense of urgency to adhere to deadlines and good communication skills
- Good level of spoken and written English
This role is a maternity leave cover on full-time and has a preferred start date in the beginning of April 2025. Welcome to apply before the 20th of January 2025.
The role will be located in Stockholm, and you will report to the Product Development Manager. The role requires presence in the office four days a week, occasionally five.
