Senior Pattern Maker

FILIPPA K is a Swedish fashion brand founded in Stockholm in 1993 by Filippa Knutsson, pioneering the new-iconic look of Swedish minimalism as a way of dressing and living. Today, FILIPPA K is a household name with an international presence – offering a complete wardrobe of womenswear and menswear staples that are designed to last. With 18 FILIPPA K stores, some 200 wholesale partners and an e-commerce presence in over 70 markets, FILIPPA K continues its journey guided by a mission of carefully considered wardrobe staples that endure season after season.

Since 2025, Filippa K has been part of Scandinavian Heritage, together with Swedish menswear brand Oscar Jacobson. Combined, the two brands generate annual sales of approximately SEK 1 billion.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pattern Maker to join our Product team at Filippa K for a temporary position of 18 months.

You will play a key role in translating design concepts into well-crafted garments with fit and quality in line with Filippa K standards. Working closely with Design and Product Development, you will drive pattern development from initial sketch to final approved fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine patterns across all woven categories.

  • Ensure excellent fit, proportions, and garment construction.

  • Lead fittings and drive improvements together with Design and Product Development.

  • Evaluate supplier samples and provide technical feedback.

  • Work with Gerber, CLO 3D, and PLM systems.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality and consistency.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pattern Maker.

  • Strong experience across all woven categories.

  • Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and sewing.

  • Proficient in Gerber; CLO 3D experience is a plus.

  • Strong creative eye and attention to detail.

  • Independent, solution-oriented, and collaborative.

  • Fluent in English.
