About the role
As Sales Controller, you will work closely with Sales, Merchandising, and Product to support strategic and operational decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing sales performance, forecasting, and contributing to a data-driven approach across channels and markets.
This is a role for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and an interest in fashion, retail, and sustainability.
Key responsibilities
Analyze sales performance across channels and product categories as a base for actions
Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs
Analyze inventory and suggest actions based on stock turnover
Prepare inventory forecasts and follow-ups against targets
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools
Who you are
You have a university degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar
You have experience in sales controlling, business controlling, or financial analysis, preferably within retail, fashion, or FMCG
You are highly analytical, structured, and comfortable working with large data sets
You are proficient in Excel and BI tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus
You communicate clearly and confidently in English
