Marketing Production Intern (6-Month Internship)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Production Intern to support our marketing and creative teams in executing photo shoots and other production-related projects, also including supporting the PR department with PR loans, Press Days and other PR activities. This role is perfect for someone passionate about production logistics, photo shoots, and marketing operations, looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Photo Shoot Production Support
- Assist with pre-production, including planning timelines, booking crew, and prepping materials.
- Support on-set production by coordinating samples, shot lists, and ensuring smooth shoot operations.
- Help manage post-production processes including image selection, basic proofing, and file organization.
Sample Coordination
- Track and organize incoming and outgoing product samples.
- Ensure products are prepped and available for shoots.
- Support PR activities and press loans
Shot List & Proofing Coordination
- Assist in compiling and distributing shot lists for photo shoots.
- Help proof and review images for accuracy and brand alignment.
Shoot Calendar & Cross-Team Coordination
- Assist in maintaining production and shoot calendars, ensuring alignment with key product and marketing timelines.
- Coordinate across creative, e-commerce, and brand marketing teams to keep projects on track.
General Marketing & Production Support
- Support day-to-day marketing to-do’s and ad hoc production or creative tasks.
- Help keep production processes organized and running efficiently.
- Available to support PR with shipments and organization of the collection logistics
What We're Looking For:
- Strong interest in marketing production, content creation, and creative operations.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Trello/Asana, or Adobe Bridge.
Internship Details:
- Commitment: 3-5 days per week for a period of 6 months. Flexible schedule to accommodate school or other commitments.
- Opportunity for mentorship, portfolio development, and hands-on industry experience.
- Education: You’re a student in a bachelor or master’s degree within marketing or communication.
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The internship will be based at our HQ in Stockholm and must be a part of a university program or program at Arbetsförmedlingen.
