STORE MANAGER
We are now recruiting a Store Manager for a new retail concept in Malmö, uniting Filippa K and Oscar Jacobson.
This new store represents a collaboration between two strong Scandinavian brands, each maintaining its distinct identity while sharing space, operations, and team. As Store Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the collaboration and setting the foundation for how the store performs and evolves.
About the brands
Filippa K is a Swedish fashion house rooted in Stockholm, internationally recognized for its minimalist design and commitment to mindful consumption.
Oscar Jacobson, founded in 1903 in Borås and appointed Royal Purveyor since 1980, is a leading Nordic menswear brand known for its craftsmanship, quality, and timeless tailoring.
Together, we aim to create a seamless and inspiring customer experience that reflects the strengths and heritage of both brands.
About the role
As Store Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for sales, daily operations, team leadership, and customer experience. You will lead a shared team working across both brands and ensure a cohesive, high-performing store environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you combine strong business acumen with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
Key responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop the store team
Drive overall sales performance while ensuring both brands achieve their individual targets
Create and maintain an exceptional customer experience across both brands
Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and administration
Ensure strong collaboration between the two brand identities in-store
Actively work with client relationships and local networking
Maintain high visual and operational standards
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in a leadership role
Is highly sales-driven with a strong business mindset
Is an inspiring and hands-on leader who leads by example
Has the ability to build relationships and create team engagement
Thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership
Is structured, solution-oriented, and proactive
Has excellent communication skills
The position is based in Malmö. Working hours include evenings and weekends.
