GRAPHIC DESIGNER / ARTWORKER (PROJECT BASED CONSULTANT), FILIPPA K HQ, STOCKHOLM
We are now looking for a Graphic Designer / Artworker to join the team at our Head Office in Stockholm as a consultant on project base.
Filippa K is a Swedish fashion house born in Stockholm and rooted in the 90s. Founded in 1993 by Filippa Knutsson, Karin Hellners and Patrik Kihlborg, the heritage label played an instrumental role in pioneering the now-iconic look of effortless Scandinavian minimalism. Today, Filippa K has become a household name with an international presence – offering a complete wardrobe of womenswear and menswear staples that are designed to last. In 2024, the brand began an exciting new chapter with the appointment of Anna Teurnell as Creative Lead. With stores in key European cities such as Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Berlin, an ecommerce presence in over 70 markets, and employees across Europe, Filippa K continues its journey of global expansion guided by a mission of mindful consumption.

- Support the creation of briefs for photo shoots, campaigns, and new assets.
- Design GIFs and other animated assets for newsletters.
- Layout and design newsletters in line with brand guidelines.
- Format and design PR invites, press releases, and showroom

- Design and refine rollout document templates for campaigns and seasonal launches.
- Support the development of a Sustainability Report and other corporate communications.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Partner with the E-commerce team to develop asset guidelines and e-commerce briefs.
- Support in creating an internal graphic profile, defining how to use the brand’s visual identity across channels.
- Build and organize an image bank with evergreen assets and seasonal inspiration.
- Create templates for ongoing marketing and brand needs.
Marketing & Campaign Assets
- Design and adapt Sale Assets for seasonal sales periods (both digital and print).
- Help with ad hoc creative and marketing production tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; After Effects for GIFs is a plus).
- A keen eye for typography, layout, and image editing.
- Experience working with newsletters and CRM platforms is a plus (Voyado)
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly with formatting and final file delivery.
- Comfortable working on a mix of creative design and production formatting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines across projects.
- Previous experience in fashion, design, agency or retail/ luxury brands is a bonus but not required.
