COPYWRITER (CONSULTANT, 50%) TO FILIPPA K HQ, STOCKHOLM
We are now recruiting a Copywriter Consultant (50%) to join the team at our Head Office in Stockholm.

Founded in 1993 by Filippa Knutsson, Karin Hellners and Patrik Kihlborg, the heritage label played an instrumental role in pioneering the now-iconic look of effortless Scandinavian minimalism. In 2024, the brand began an exciting new chapter with the appointment of Anna Teurnell as Creative Lead. The Role:
We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Copywriter consultant to support our e-commerce and digital marketing efforts. This role focuses on producing high-quality, conversion-driven product descriptions and marketing copy tailored for digital channels, with less emphasis on conceptual or creative long-form writing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in writing commercially effective copy, a deep understanding of brand tone of voice, and demonstrable experience working with AI tools – including training or fine-tuning models to generate or improve copy. You will be collaborating closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure all messaging reflects our brand tone of voice and is optimized for user experience and business goals.
Availability
On average 2,5 days per week. Additional days may be required during the initial set-up period and during busier trading periods such as new season launches. Based in Stockholm, with availability for on-site meetings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Write clear, accurate, and engaging product copy for our e-commerce website.
- Develop performance-driven copy for digital marketing channels, including emails, paid media, and social campaigns.
- Collaborate with the SEO and performance teams to optimise content for search visibility and conversion.
- Maintain consistency in tone of voice, grammar, and messaging across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- Support the creation and refinement of content guidelines and scalable copy processes.
- Use and train AI tools and language models to support content creation, including prompt engineering and output evaluation.
- Review performance data to refine and improve copy based on user engagement and business impact.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across product, marketing, and commercial teams.
The experience you’ll bring to the role is:
- Minimum 5 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within e-commerce or digital consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing effective product copy and results-oriented digital content.
- Proven experience working with AI language models (e.g. GPT) in a practical, content-driven context.
- Native-level fluency in English and Swedish, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail sectors is an advantage.
