E-COMMERCE SALES SPECIALIST TO FILIPPA K HQ, STOCKHOLM
We are now recruiting an E-commerce Sales Specialist to join the E-com team at our Head Office in Stockholm.
Filippa K is a Swedish fashion house born in Stockholm and rooted in the 90s. Founded in 1993 by Filippa Knutsson, Karin Hellners and Patrik Kihlborg, the heritage label played an instrumental role in pioneering the now-iconic look of effortless Scandinavian minimalism. Today, Filippa K has become a household name with an international presence – offering a complete wardrobe of womenswear and menswear staples that are designed to last. In 2024, the brand began an exciting new chapter with the appointment of Anna Teurnell as Creative Lead. With stores in key European cities such as Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Berlin, an e-commerce presence in over 70 markets, and employees across Europe, Filippa K continues its journey of global expansion guided by a mission of mindful consumption.
The mission of the E-commerce Sales Specialist
The main task is to drive and increase sales in order to reach set sales targets of Filippa-k.com through management & optimization of content and products.
Your responsibilities will include
- Owning online store operations
- Product performance
- Brand presentation
- Support communication calendar
Duties (Included but not limited to)
- Optimize sales through product presentation, search, visual merchandising on site
- Ownership of brand presentation through campaigns, brand pages, storytelling on site
- Help where needed on driving traffic to site through newsletter or other digital traffic channel
- Analysis of sales performance & user behavior to find & manage conversion & AOV increasing projects
We’re looking for someone who is
- Strong in project management skills and has a bias for action.
- Passionate about driving sales, and with proven ability to achieve strong results working strategically and operationally with strong teamwork.
- Ambitious team player with drive and willingness to take own initiative and take decisions.
- Self-paced with prioritization, organization and time management competencies.
- Detail oriented, but able to keep big picture and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, as well as determine key priorities with a ‘customer first’ and ‘best for business’ approach.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid interest and knowledge of creative processes, e-commerce and fashion retail.
The experience you’ll bring to the role is
- +4 years’ experience in managing an E-commerce site with fashion/retail
- Experience using a CMS and an understanding of the impact they have on SEO, Customer Experience etc.
The role will be located in Stockholm and you will report to the Head of E-commerce. The position is full time, with start as soon as possible. Welcome to apply before 31st of March.
