About the role
In this role as Head of E-commerce at Filippa K, you will take the lead in enhancing our online sales strategies and optimizing our e-commerce platform. Your main focus will be to drive sales by creating an exceptional shopping experience while analyzing customer data to inform marketing initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that our e-commerce presence reflects our brand values and engages customers effectively. Key responsibilities & Duties
Responsible for the Ecom P&L
Manage and optimize the e-commerce website for performance, user experience, design, content, and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the Filippa K e-commerce experience and ensure content reflects brand strategy.
Plan and execute product launches online while overseeing online store operations.
Responsible for the loyalty & CRM strategy and overall organic traffic acquisition.
Analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies and improve experiences.
Monitor e-commerce performance metrics for strategic refinement and optimize product presentations to increase conversion rates.
Lead the e-commerce team and manage yearly, seasonal, and monthly operations planning.
Ownership of brand presentation through campaigns, brand pages, storytelling on site

Analysis of sales performance & user behavior to find & manage conversion & AOV increasing projects
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of e-commerce management experience and budget management
Strong team management skills
Seasoned user of Google Analytics, good data analyst with a solid understanding of customer journeys and experiences.
Demonstrated commercial and brand building skills with a customer-first mindset.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Salesforce) and CRM tools (Voyado) preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Excellent communications skills
