Role Description

Filippa K is looking for an outstanding talented and service-minded individual with strong administrative skills but most importantly a genuine empathy for customers’ inquiries. The role is part time and your assignments will include customer contact through telephone, email, live chat and social media. Your assignments will include helping our customers from our online store, order management and be a part of deliver an overall excellent experience. Excellent customer service skills and enjoy for working in a fast pace are essential for this role.  You will learn about different aspects of our business while collaborating closely with other departments such as Ecommerce, Logistics and Marketing. This position is of crucial importance for our business. 


We´re looking for someone who will:

  • Deliver excellent service and support to customers by phone, email, livechatt and social media.
  • Be extremely customer focused and have a genuine interest in solving issues
  • Work proactive to decrease support errands by reporting, take actions and work closely with Ecommerce, Logistics and other departments. 
  • Manage orders, logistics and work in management systems. 
  • Understand and work by Filippa K’s values
  • The job may include working evenings.


We´re looking for someone who is:

  • Strong when it comes to communication skills both spoken and spelling
  • Outgoing and have a lot of energy 
  • Capable to have to multitask and be flexible 
  • Highly motiveted and driven, truly committed to your goals in preforming to your work


The experience you’ll bring to the role is:

  • Minimum 2 years documented experience within customer service 
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Addition languages highly meriting preferably German, or Dutch


This is a temporary part-time position – December 2020 until February 2021 – based at Filippa K Head office in Stockholm, Södermalm.
