We are now recruiting an E-mail Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team at our Head Office in Stockholm. In this role and as part of the team, you will make sure we deliver meaningful communication that inspires our community and encourages sustainable growth of the brand. You will support all Marketing efforts from representing Filippa K’s mission on a global scale to helping customers find wardrobe solutions for daily life. You will work closely with every members of the department to optimise content and gain revenue while protecting, maintaining, and developing the brand expression.

Role Description

In this role your job will be to leverage the email marketing channel to convert subscribers to customers, and customers to repeat customers. You’ll be responsible for creating all weekly newsletters in an inspiring and effective way, both from a brand and sales perspective. You will work with analysis and segmentation to create customised communication and campaigns, improving processes with insights and learnings over time. 

The successful candidate will have the ability to understand Filippa K through both the business and creative lens, using both elements to elevate each communication effort with an eye for visual excellence. They will be proactive and highly productive, with sharp attention to detail and an organised approach to their work.


We’re looking for someone who will be:

  • Responsible for creating, executing and optimizing newsletter activities to increase engagement, traffic and sales.
  • Working in close collaboration with the Copywriter and Art Director to coordinate and request creative assets (copy, images, etc.) needed to compile the emails.
  • Creating email sketches in collaboration with the creative team. 
  • Identifying new email opportunities and project managing new email campaigns and templates with designers and developers.
  • Continuously working to test, follow up, analyse, and report on email marketing KPIs in order to optimise future email campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the ecom department regarding product selections, campaign pages, etc.


 The experience you’ll bring to the role is:

  • Higher education in business or equivalent area of study. 
  • Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of digital customer behavior.
  • A drive for both visual creativity and digital analysis.
  • Good administrative skills – organised and detail oriented.
  • An understanding of email marketing operations, technology, testing techniques and platforms.
  • Experience with a medium to large email marketing program.
  • Self-motivated and energetic approach with a high level of initiative.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging digital environment. 
  • A passion for Filippa K’s brand, mission, and products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. English in both written and speaking.
