Filippa K was founded in 1993 and is today a leading Scandinavian fashion brand. The head office is situated in Stockholm, Sweden and there are hubs in Amsterdam and London. The brand is present in 70 markets through its own e-commerce, 32 brand stores and around 600 premium retailers. Filippa K has 350 passionate employees across 8 countries. The company is divided into three key business units: Woman, Man and Soft Sport.

We are looking for a driven Influencer & PR Coordinator for the German market to join our Marketing team at Filippa K. You will be reporting to our Partnership manager in Stockholm but the position is based in our store in Berlin. 


The mission of the Influencer & PR Coordinator

You will be the first one in this position and work closely with the marketing team, our store manager and the sales team. This position is 80% Influencer/PR and 20% Sales associate in the Berlin store.

As an Influencer & PR coordinator, you will be responsible for executing our local strategy in Germany and managing all influencer collaborations. Our ideal candidate is someone who has minimum 1 year of previous influencer-focused experience and passion for building a community within the fashion industry.


Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Assist in executing strategy within influencer marketing, PR and community building in Germany
  • Manage influencer seeding. Identify profiles, contact, sending out products, following up.
  • Support Partnership manager and PR agency with local community activities
  • Assist in identifying like-minded entities for brand partnerships and collaborations 
  • Manage participation in influencer events and community activations
  • Monitoring and tracking of influencer social placements weekly
  • Assist our local PR agency for with local gifting and activities
  • Take an active part in the store goals and KPI’s and strive to meet these
  • Contribute to a good team spirit


Skills and Requirements

  • Passionate about influencer marketing
  • Interest and understanding of the fashion industry 
  • Driven and ambitious
  • Good at taking initiative and like taking responsibility 
  • Structured and work well independently 
  • Social with a “Networking attitude”
  • Team player, result oriented 
  • Positive, flexible and comfortable switching between strategic work and hands on execution


  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and influencers.
  • 1 year experience in influencer marketing/PR. 
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
