FABRIC COORDINATOR TO FILIPPA K, STOCKHOLM

About the position
Filippa K is looking for a Fabric Coordinator to join our Sourcing & Production Team at our Head Office in Stockholm. As Fabric Coordinator you will be a part of our Fabric Team working on Fabric Management and Quality Assurance. The employment is full time employment with start as soon as possible. 

 

Job Description
The role includes all fabric related issues from start up until quality has been confirmed for bulk production. 

  • Keeping jersey fabric library and all fabric information updated in PLM system.
  • Support Fabric Manager in sourcing and preparation of presentations.
  • Perform and follow up on quality tests, giving approvals to fabric supplier.
  • Daily communication with fabric suppliers.
  • Place sample orders and follow up on delivery performance.
  • Responsible for collecting and updating sustainability information. 
  • Updating Supplier Matrix based on seasonal reviews.
  • Responsible for our internal label program, development and stock inventory.

 

Qualifications and experience required


We are looking for you with a degree in textiles, preferable in textile engineering. If you worked with materials in the past, it is a plus. A good command of English both written, as well as spoken, is a requirement.
