SALES COORDINATOR TO FILIPPA K HQ, STOCKHOLM

About the role

Filippa K is growing our Online Sales and has an increased demand to availability towards our consumers and partners, therefor we are now looking for one new co worker to our Customer Care department with passion for sales and delivering excellent service and support towards all our sales channels (Retail , Wholesale & E- commerce).

As a Sales Coordinator / customer service co worker you are a responsible, an ambassador for our brand and our values. You feel proud of what you do, you have empathy for customers and you always give the customer more than expected. Your assigments will include daily customer contacts through email, live chat and telephone.

This is a part-time position with approximately 10-20 hours a week.

Area of responsibility 

As a customer service co worker at Filippa K you are expected to:

  • First line support towards end-consumers
  • Deliver excellent service
  • Be obsessed about NPS (Net promotor score) and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience of working in retail, customer service and/or within e-commerce.
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Have a great understanding of customer relationship systems and order managment systems

Qualifying

  • Other languages than Swedish and English
  • Previous experience of customer service


The role will be located in Stockholm at Filippa K HQ.

The position is part time, approximately 10-20 hours a week with start as soon as possible.
