Filippa K has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Digital Art Director to strengthen our team in Stockholm. The Digital Art Director will be part of the Creative Studio in the Marketing department.

As a Digital Art Director at Filippa K, you will be responsible for generating, developing and executing the creative vision for all our channels globally. Your mission will be to work consistently to establish and strengthen a red thread running through our brand identity by focusing on digital communication and packaging of marketing activities. Your job will be based on your ability to transform creative ideas into commercial concepts and actions. The role will therefore require strong creative skills, a digital-first mindset, great understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts, and close collaboration across all departments within the company.



  • Generating/developing concepts and ideas that are applicable to different channels (digital, videos, in-store material, events, etc.)
  • Overseeing artistic direction from pre- to post-production, with ambition to push design boundaries
  • Planning, conceptualising and executing elevated photography and video content by co-managing the process from concept ideation to post-production (including proposing photographers, directors and stylists, casting, and pulling relevant references)
  • Remaining constantly up-to-date on current fashion industry communication trends
  • Overseeing social media content
  • Ensuring third party creative agencies receive accurate briefs and maintain current with Filippa K brand strategy and creative guidelines


Required skills and knowledge:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with proven success as an Art Director; experience from cross-functional roles in the fashion/retail industry is preferred
  • An art degree from Berghs, Beckmans, Hyper Island or an equivalent university or art school
  • Excellent knowledge of digital communication best practices and conceptual thinking – both visual and interactive
  • Knowledge across digital and print design, with a good understanding of both design and web best practices and guidelines
  • Outstanding skills in design, typography, video and animation
  • Strong understanding of integrated communication and experience across multiple categories
  • Experience working with producers, photographers and retouchers
  • Demonstrated ability to take projects from initial stage to delivery
  • Excellent knowledge in the entire Adobe Creative suite
  • Highly organized to create planning routines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly proactive and positive approach to work tasks
  • Self-motivated and energetic with a high level of initiative, and thrives working in a fast-paced and challenging digital environment
  • Experience with model and product photography (directing photo shoots and/or shooting concepts) is an added bonus
  • Strong interest in and views on design, fashion, art, architecture
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
