PRODUCTION COORDINATOR TO FILIPPA K HQ, STOCKHOLM

We are now recruiting a Production Coordinator to join the Buying Department at our Head Office in Stockholm.

The Role as Production Coordinator

To run the production on a daily basis in close cooperation internally within FK across the different departments and externally with our suppliers. Ensure all steps of production process is being followed, communicated, and understood by all parties involved within the time frame.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible from salesman samples arrival to bulk delivery in warehouse
  • Follow up and approve SMS, CS and PPS samples together with design and pattern
  • Approval of shipment samples
  • Purchase orders; Processing Bulk Production and Fabric orders where applicable
  • Production delivery follow up. All duties from SMS to Shipment sample and garment making suppliers
  • Keeping PLM updated at all times.
  • Incorporate Filippa K’s sustainability strategy in the daily work
  • Build relationships with suppliers to get the best possible co-operation
  • Price negotiation with suppliers where applicable with supervision from Buying Manager
  • Evaluate supplier performance on a yearly basis in close co-operation with Buying Manager
  • Ability to travel

The experience you’ll bring to the role is:

  • Degree in textile
  • Minimum 3 years of garment production experience
  • Strong sense of urgency to adhere to deadlines and good communication skills verbal and written (English)

  • Open to learn and be flexible to changes
