We are now recruiting a Head of E-commerce (maternity leave cover) to join the DTC team at our Head Office in Stockholm.

The role as Head of E-commerce

Develop and implement an eCommerce strategy that maximizes eCommerce sales growth and is integrated and complimentary to the overall Filippa K strategy. The Head of E-commerce is responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing ecommerce related projects and establishing goals & KPIs to ensure delivery of eCommerce growth. Tasks also includes delivering top-level customer experience and operational excellence. This is an opportunity for someone interested in a key role in a company set for international expansion. The Head of Ecommerce reports to the Head of Direct to Consumer 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Team Management of E-commerce team
  • Yearly, Seasonal and Monthly Operations planning & execution
  • Stake holding for development and technical infrastructure related to e-commerce
  •  Plan and execute growth initiatives
  • Data analysis, follow up & reporting

The experience you’ll bring to the role is

  • 5+ years' experience in managing an E-commerce site with fashion/retail. 
  • Team Management experience is mandatory
  • Experience working as a stakeholder in technical development

  • Strong financial acumen and ROI orientation
  • Strong strategic, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong Team Management Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and a bias for action
  • Strong alignment to company values
