As a Client Advisor for Filippa K you act like a brand ambassador and strive to offer an outstanding customer experience to all visitors entering your store. Together with your team you are always ready to walk the extra mile to secure maximum customer satisfaction.

 

You are expected to: 

 

  • Assist in creating and maintaining a superior customer experience in store (all channels)
  • Support in building relationships inside and outside the store to extend the network
  • Actively work on reaching and exceeding store goals and targets
  • Mainly work in the menswear department of the store

And other duties that might be connected to the position.


The ideal candidate: 

 

  • Supports in Implementing and creating well-functioning store processes
  • Secures a high-level visual appearance and an accurate stock in the store
  • Is part of a winning team
  • Works proactively towards ways to increase sales (e.g. planning marketing activities or events)
  • Strives to seek, learn and develop his/her knowledge


The position is a part-time position and starts with immediate effect
