PEOPLE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR TO FILIPPA K HQ

We are now recruiting a People Operations Coordinator to join the Human Resources team at our Head Office in Stockholm.

The Role

As People Operations Coordinator at Filippa K, you will work within all HR areas, supporting the organisation in day-to-day operations. In close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Payroll Coordinator, you will work with labor law, HR administration, work environment and recruitment. As People Operations Coordinator you will also be responsible for the workplace experience, making sure the workplace operations are running smoothly. You will be part of our Human Resources Team, situated at the HQ in Stockholm.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and provide assistance
  • Support the recruitment and hiring process
  • Coordinate trainings
  • Responsible for conducting the yearly salary audit
  • Perform onboarding and plan introductions of new hires
  • Assist in different HR projects, such as employee surveys
  • Responsible to ensure the workplace operations is running smoothly

 

We’re looking for someone who:

Have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative experience. You have an open and flexible mindset together with the ability to create trust in relationships. To succeed in this role, you act like a brand ambassador and proactively seek new ways to offer an outstanding people experience as well as operational excellence. 

 

The experience you’ll bring to the role is:

  • Academic HR education or corresponding
  • 1-2 years of documented experience within HR
  • Experience of recruitment is a plus 
  • Proactive and capacity to structure your work
  • Experience of working independently
  • Adaptable to change and able to work in a dynamic environment whilst ensuring a high work standard and attention to detail
  • Professional and service minded approach with a declared will to work in team
  • Fluent in English in both speech and writing
