We are now recruiting a Sales & Service Coordinator to join the Sales Operations team at our Head Office in Stockholm.

Role Description

As a Sales & Service Coordinator, you act like a brand ambassador and proactively seek new ways to offer an outstanding customer experience as well as operational excellence. You are business-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit, you have a positive outlook on your work and feel passionate about service. You will have to love to multitask and have great organizational skills. You will have a key role in helping the sales operations team to run effectively and efficiently. You will  work closely with many departments within the company.


We’re looking for someone who:

  • Will organize and coordinate activities within the sales operations team
  • Will coordinate and send samples to our marketplace business
  • Will manage excellent order protocol 
  • Act as second line customer care and assist online customer by chat/phone and mail
  • Will have front office responsibilities and welcome guest to HQ, order and accept bids
  • Will be based at Filippa K Head Office, Stockholm


The experience you’ll bring to the role is:

  • We are looking for a problem solver with an open and flexible mindset
  • 2-3 years documented experience within service or customer support
  • You are a good communicator and have a good level in English, both written and spoken

 The position is full time.
